Coming Conference (The 4th Conference)

Theme:  “The Multidimensionality of Economy, Energy and Environmental Crises and their Implications to Rural Livelihoods”. Some of the sub themes of this conference will be Innovative rural development programs in response to energy, economic and environmental crises; Locating rural sociology in energy, economic and environmental discourses; Climate change and its impact to rural livelihoods.

Details:  Deadline for poster and paper abstract submissions: May 10, 2010

The abstracts should contain 200 to 250 words (Times New Roman 11pt) in single space, and should be written in an A4 size paper with one-inch top, bottom, left and right margins. 

Abstracts must be submitted in pdf format.

Deadline for full paper submission: June 10, 2010

The organizing committee intends to publish the proceedings of the Conference which should be ready for distribution to the participants during the conference proper. This explains for the April 30, 2010 deadline of submission of the full paper. The papers will be peer reviewed and language edited. So this is an opportunity for participants to have a publication for 2010.
